A SUSTAINABLE ALTERNATIVE TO MDF
With the cost of disposal at end of life factored in, legacy MDF can actually be much more expensive than you realise. With new taxes on products with a low potential for recycling the old material will cost you more in the long run: currently at best legacy MDF can only be 20% recycled meaning 80% is bound for land fill, so you will have a "sting in the tail" you have to factor in for the "total life-time cost of ownership".
NeverWaste, which is 100% recyclable at end of life, offers a great step change in sustainability. At end of life rather than an expensive disposal operation like legacy MDF, we will pick up the old material, repatriate it to the regenerator hub. Here it will be repulped and made anew. At this next regeneration it takes circa 50% less energy to manufacture, giving life on earth a new resource to last, infinitely.
